The bomb scare was triggered when the public first noticed that the L.E.D devices had “wires” and “batteries”. These signature terrorist manufacturing techniques were picked up immediately by the suspicious public who knew instantly that bombs also might contain wires and batteries. Emergency crews were brought in to dismantle the devices at a cost of over a million dollars.
Assistant Attorney General John Grossman described the light boards containing images of a mooninite doing the finger to passing motorists as “bomb-like” devices and said that if they had been explosive they could have damaged transportation infrastructure in the city.
When questioned by reporters, Peter Berdovsky and Sean Stevens gave comprehensive answers regarding the events leading up to, during and after the Great Hair Revolution of the 1970’s
The Police Commissioner was asked by reporters at RGH why these enemy combatants were allowed a civilian trial, and if they were placing the public in any danger delaying the suspects transportation to Guantanamo Bay, but he was unavailable for comment.
