Comic: Julia Dream
Dreams are shattered. The hazy perfection of slumber is broken into a thousand pieces as internal consistency comes crashing in. Who put causality on this fucking pedestal anyway? "Awake" is completely over rated if you ask me. Murdoch's SpaceI've been setting up a Myspace account so I can pour money into Murdoch's pockets, watch Paris Hilton sell me cola, and listen to the first 2 seconds of songs. Add me as your friend and then we can y'know... talk about bands, and like... what your favourite colour is, and um... Like how totally our parents don't understand us...oh.. shit sorry.. </emo> The King is dead! There once was a time when all content came through approved channels, such as multinational TV/Print networks. Murdoch was king, and all was well in the world. Then Al Gore came along and invented the internet (yes I know he didn't) and cast a shadow of evil across the lands which spread like a plague.Aeons wheeled and passed, and it almost seemed like the people were destined to run there own dark empire of free thought, and a communal sharing of ideas. That time has fortunately passed, as we have once again found the comforting arms of our beloved Murdoch Empire. Once more we are free to rest upon his bosem, and suckle from his bleeding teet. And the horse you rode in on!All joking aside, we've brought unto ourselves a technology that could have, and CAN serve as a cultural liberator, and we've been letting it slip from our hands. We celebrated the great downfall of the MPAA/RIAA, and then instead of supporting the new free economy, we fell into our old habits, and elected a new king in the form of iTunes Store - nothing more than a surrogate king serving the old empire. We heralded the birth of a new age as news & entertainment were no longer the domain of the Fox's, the CNN's and the News Ltd's, and then settled back into MySpace. Anyway, I'm being hyperdramatic here... It's really not all that bad, but we have to ask ourselves, do we need the likes of Myspace and iTunes Store? Do they offer anything we can't offer ourselves? Is it right to come this far only to welcome the cynical mass marketting right back into our homes? I think if people only had half an idea of the sort of market research, and pinpoint advertising/manipulation companies like myspace are now capable of, they'd run a mile.Fuck... This site's starting to live up to its name! After that huge rant, maybe you should forget about adding me as a myspace friend... leave me a comment and i'll add you to my blogroll instead! Fuck myspace!! What do you think? Alright, here's the comic ! |

have you ever noticed that that Jennifer Paradis (Johnny Depps wife) looks just like him? Is this comic based on them?
Johnny Depp’s wife looks like a dude?
no, Johnny Depps wife, looks like a female version of him…
hahah oh yeah… yeah I have actually noticed that..
I’ve also noticed that kate moss looks a lot like him too (cause they were hot for each other)
He should just get himself cloned
hmmm.. it’s like foreplay but only forplay.. where’s the next 2 panels???
if I could make a sugestion.. coming from a strickly metaphysical spiritual chinese ying yang perspective.. nothing sus.. - it’s not balanced.. there is too much yang and not enough yin - with all those tenticles..
there needs to be 3 more “normal dream girl morphations” to accept all that tenticle yang energy..
This comics sweet, i like it
