Welcome to September 11 - the day when we all remember those several thousand individuals who died in New York City in 2001...
of
influenza. A tragic year for all those who were involved as the terrifying virus inleashed its sniffly death to a great number of good Americans. A little mental arithmetic puts the number of influenza related deaths in New York City alone at nearly 10,000 since 2001, which isn't too bad when you consider that it is less than 1 tenth the number of civilians estimated to have been killed as a result of USA fighting the "War on Abstract Concepts" in unrelated countries.
That's not what this post is about however. Monday is about comics, so quit your job, unburden your mind from the stress of perpetual war and doublespeak and seek now, as my good friend did, to find your
New Horizons, and enjoy the comic!
